Hospitality Catering

Great food for all tastes and diets served without fuss when you want it. We have nearly 20 years of experience in mobile hospitality catering out of coach based motorhomes and large American RVs in the UK, Europe and other parts of the world. We have also catered for many well known music artists on tours, in theatres and concert halls and with temporary field kitchens we have proved our adaptability when cooking to tight schedules in extreme outdoor situations. Whether it be breakfast butties, canapés, sandwiches, tapas, mezes, light lunches or 3 course celebration dinners, we will impress you and your guests. Rock tours and festivals

In recent years Victoria has worked from time to time in Rock and Roll catering. From Pink Floyd guitarist David Gilmour in Poland to Van Morrisson, Nickelback, Lost Prophets, Journey and George Benson to name a few. If you are familiar with the kinds of riders that these artists can specify you will understand that resourcefulness and stamina are something that Victoria has in abundance! There is no reason why our hospitality unit cannot be used in the ‘Rock and Roll’ market but we cannot transport passengers so perhaps it is best suited to music festivals, tours and concerts where the artist prefers to travel by their own transport but requires catering and a home from home when at the venue.

Hygiene

All our staff have basic food hygiene certificates as a minimum qualification and we take great care in the area of hygiene.
