Hospitality and Motorsport Services was established by Mark Farmer and Victoria Kindell in 1993 to provide clients with a mobile, professional, outdoor hospitality service.

We can supply our coach based, motorhome hospitality unit, awnings and experienced staff for all outdoor Corporate functions and Sports Events in UK and abroad. We are available for one off functions or a series of outdoor events, with or without catering. Our hospitaity unit is stored in Herefordshire and also in The Netherlands, where we have a permanent warehouse. We have vast experience of many motorsport formulas in UK and all over Europe from Cyprus to Estonia and France to Portugal.

Hire our, coach based, motorhome hospitality unit as a corporate reception centre, refreshment stop, race centre, mobile event office, promotional tour or hospitality catering facility. Motorsport hospitality, show jumping, cross country, shoots, clay pigeon, rallying stages, agricultural shows, festivals, exhibitions, product launches, promotions, golf or TV and film set location work, in fact any outdoor event where no permanent facility exists. This unit, a Van Hool Acron 12 metre long single deck, coach based* motorhome comes complete with kitchen, office and lounge and is in pearlescent white with a mainly grey interior. A galley kitchen, office, rear salon and shower and toilet inside can be combined with awnings of various sizes from 30m sq to 160m sq for guest numbers from 10 to 150. We are self contained with our own power and water plus heating and air-conditioning to maintain comfort in all weathers. Branding opportunities exist both on and inside the vehicle. The awnings can also be branded. We supply catering to match the clients wishes and the country and climate operating in. We provide an outdoors, on event, static hospitalty service for your guests or staff. With a more limited set up we can provide refreshments/office space in two or three locations per day with the same unit.
