Motorsport hospitality unit

In the UK or Europe we can supply you with a friendly, competively priced, motorsport hospitality unit with, or without, our professional catering service for 10 to 150 guests.

For circuit based motorsport, rallying, modern, classic or historic. Races, hill climbs, motorcycle, racing tests and drive days. Have peace of mind and engage the events services of professionals with a longstanding experience in the hospitality arena, who won’t let you down. Keep your drivers, mechanics, management and corporate guests happy with our great catering and hospitality service. With a small 3m awning we can operate without a support vehicle and still cater for 20 in the awning and 10 inside the coach at one time. This is ideal for small teams or groups who want comfort but may still require to be mobile. (Perfect for rally stages). Corporate or private groups can hire our hospitality unit for motorsport events such as Goodwood and Le Mans. With the much larger 5.5m awning and optional front and rear extensions much larger numbers can be accommodated, up to a maximum of 75 in one sitting. Our unit is also available with a basic awning set up if you wish to provide your own catering and/or awning furniture. We can leave 1 person with the unit to deal with any problems, make sure the awning is secure, open up in the morning and close up at night. This option may suit if you own furniture and have caterers with whom you have a strong relationship. ( We can of course supply our own professional catering service )

Race and Rally circuits

We have worked at most motor racing circuits in Europe and many car Rallies and motorcycle Superbike circuits. We are familiar with the local infrastructure and may be able to assist you with local information.
